Estate BuyerJP Spragg is a senior Estate Buyer at Leo Hamel Jewelry Buyers, with over nine years experience in the position. He has gained extensive knowledge of jewelry while evaluating innumerable estates over the years, and enjoys employing his knowledge to benefit his customers. He has a special passion for watches and vintage period jewelry. JP is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he received a Bachelor of Science in business. He enjoys the sandy beaches of San Diego, exploring new restaurants around town, travelling, and live music.
Kelsey
Estate BuyerKelsey is a Graduate Jeweler Gemologist, certified jewelry designer and Accredited Jewelry Professional with 15 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Starting out in 2001 as an apprentice with a master jeweler in Bozeman Montana, she moved to San Diego in 2003 to go to school at the Gemological Institute of America. She has been with Leo Hamel’s since 2008, starting as watch repair manager which gives her specialized knowledge about watches. She has been a jewelry buyer with the company since 2010 and enjoys helping customers to realize the most gain from the sale of their valuables. Kelsey enjoys her newfound hobby of quilting and loves spending her weekends on the beach reading a great book.
Kayla
Estate BuyerKayla is a GIA trained Graduate Gemologist, Graduate Jeweler and Accredited Jewelry Professional, and has been involved in the jewelry industry for over 19 years. She got her start by making and selling beaded jewelry while in college studying Fine Arts in Southampton, NY. She has been employed in many different facets of the jewelry industry, including managing and teaching classes at a bead shop, working at a fine jewelry manufacturing facility, and working in both retail and wholesale aspects of the trade. Kayla started her career at Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers in 2010; after a hiatus, she returned to resume her position as an Estate Buyer in 2015. In her spare time, Kayla is an active volunteer for a local Bulldog Rescue group, she enjoys cooking, gardening, spending time with her family and pets, as well as continuing to design and create her own jewelry.

Estate BuyerAnaliza has been with Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers for 3 years, and has 10 years of experience in the jewelry industry. She is an Accredited Jewelry Professional currently enrolled in the GIA Graduate Diamond and Graduate Pearl Programs. She was recently awarded a scholarship to finish her education as Graduate Gemologist. Her friendly and helpful demeanor makes her a favorite with customers, as her many glowing Yelp reviews will attest to. Analiza is a San Diego native who has been married to her high school sweetheart James for almost 24 years. They have 3 children, now all in college, and a Maltese dog named Coconut. She loves vintage jewelry, the beach, and spending time with her family.
Charlyn
Estate BuyerCharlyn is a Graduate Gemologist and Accredited Jewelry Professional who graduated from the Gemological Institute of America. She has worked in the jewelry industry for almost 5 years now. Her experience ranges from sales, appraising, and everything in between. She is also currently continuing her college education part-time to obtain her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. In her free time, Charlyn enjoys exploring and traveling with her husband Klynt, who is a Geologist. Together, they enjoy looking at gems and rocks!
